WELCOME
Purchase of a Spa treatment includes use of our Spa facilities on the same day of service to include the private fitness center, fitness classes, private outdoor Spa pool, plunge pools, sauna, steam room, locker room, lounge and signature lemongrass amenities.
GRATUITIES
For your convenience, a 21% service charge will be added to each Spa service received. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests aged 16 & 17 are welcome to enjoy facials and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests under the age of 18 may not receive massage or body treatments. Guests of all ages may receive nail and hair services.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the right of privacy and quiet of other Spa guests. We require guests refrain from the use of cellular phones.
PROMPTNESS
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to relax in our lounges, saunas, steam rooms and plunge pools. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment since all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us four hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the scheduled service.
PINK HOURS
This October experience a spa treatment during designated "Pink Hours" and 10% of your spa treatment will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
